Markus Hirschbrich joined the Dave Perry-Miller Team in 2003. He has enjoyed helping clients find homes for the past five years, specializing in Preston Hollow and North Dallas areas, including high end gated communities. Along with keeping a close eye on the market, he previews houses as they become available. This information becomes a valuable asset to a buyer when deciding on a new home and structuring the offer, as well as aiding sellers to determine the market value of their houses.
