A Dallas native with 20+ years in marketing & sales, Bill’s the ideal guide for buying or selling your home, as he grew up all over Dallas. Before calling Lakewood and East Dallas home, Bill lived in Uptown, Addison, Irving, The Colony, Plano, and Austin. He knows the Dallas area well.
Bill brings unique expertise to the real estate sales process. After 20+ years in advertising and home-related projects, Bill wanted to find a more meaningful and direct way to help people. This led him to dig deeper into real estate and obtain his license. This allowed him to fully take on the home sales process, develop the best strategy for pricing and advertising (or buying) a home, and apply his well-honed contract negotiation skills to get the best possible deal. After all, he’s spent years expertly developing strategic advertising campaigns and negotiating highly nuanced contracts for some of the world’s biggest advertisers and the top digital platforms, TV networks, radio stations, newspaper and magazine publishers, and anywhere else a brand may benefit. Bill also worked for a major online community and publisher in the housing and mortgage finance industry, further enhancing his view into how things work across the real estate world – boosting his ability to help navigate sellers and buyers.
Bill loves helping people with their homes, whether that’s buying and selling or envisioning a design and remodeling. He enjoys seeing people reach their homeownership goals with the help of his extensive marketing background, insight on navigating the home sales/buying process, and his knack for remodeling a house into a dream home, as he did for his own family’s Lakewood home. He is something of a modern-day jack-of-all trades.
In his free time, Bill enjoys quality time with his wife, Katie, daughters Charlotte and Vivienne, and friends. He likes home renovation projects, traveling, local craft beer and wine, new restaurants, college football, and is also a car guy.
