The company was eventually sold and he stayed on for two more years to help with the merger.
James first whetted his appetite for real estate by purchasing and maintaining his own portfolio of single-family properties, which he eventually sold for profit. Over the last 35 years, James has lived in Uptown, the Park Cities (his two daughters graduated from HPHS), and Preston Hollow, so he knows these submarkets and others very well, making him an excellent choice, especially if you’re new to the area.
Helping others and staying in gratitude keeps James even-keeled and content as he works with clients. Favorite activities that have the same effect on him include playing tennis and golf, playing the guitar and enjoying music, traveling, and spending time with his daughters and granddaughter.
