Gone are the days when the old cliché “location, location, location” was the key driver in real estate. Alicia encourages her clients to replace that with a more modern-day approach, “location, lifestyle and layout.” As Dallas and its surrounding neighborhoods continue to expand and evolve, so too have the needs of her clients.  “Recognizing that each client has a unique goal and a different understanding about the buying and selling process, I prefer to take a holistic and very hands-on approach."

She strives to turn each transaction into a smooth transition by developing trust and adding value, ultimately creating a lifelong relationship.  As much as she enjoys working with and educating first-time buyers, she is equally energized and excited when working with investors, or seasoned buyers and sellers.  Prior to entering the Texas real estate market, she earned her real estate license in Massachusetts and spent several years in finance and banking at American Express and the FDIC.

Alicia has been recognized as a D Magazine Best Real Estate Agent and has received the Texas Monthly 5-Star Award for several consecutive years. She has been featured multiple times by the Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Morning News and Channel 8 as a market expert.

Easily described as enthusiastic, Alicia is engaged in all aspects of the DFW real estate community.  She is a past Director of the MetroTex Association of Realtors and has served on or chaired numerous committees: Leadership, Budget & Finance, Charitable Trust, MLS and Public Education. As a member of Mayor Rawlings' Star Council and through her work and volunteer efforts, she has focused on spotlighting the growth and improvement in the southern sector, while highlighting positive changes impacting greater Dallas.  Alicia feels strongly that “Protecting and championing growth along the corridor isn’t just good business, it’s good sense!”

A long-time Turtle Creek resident, she strongly supports the local business community and is fiercely passionate about giving back on a personal level.  She has been an unwavering supporter of the North Texas Food Bank, participating quarterly with the 6-week Cooking Matters program.  Alicia will be quick to tell you she understands and appreciates the best of both worlds in that, although she was raised in Dallas, she spent several years in Boston, where she gained an understanding that preservation is equally important to growth and expansion.  To that end, she is a long-time volunteer and member turned active board member at Preservation Dallas and serves as the Chair of Membership and Development for the organization.  She is actively engaged with her Delta Delta Delta alumnae chapter and is a supporting member of the Turtle Creek Association and the Trinity Park Conservancy.

If you’re looking for an agent who has her finger on the pulse of the city, look no further. Alicia is dedicated, driven by results, motivated by success and inspired by her clients!
