A client once gave Bob Moran some very high praise by telling him he had the equivalent of a PhD in real estate solutions. You see, it had only taken Bob two showings to find the gentleman an extraordinary high-rise residence in Uptown after he had worked with another agent for three weekends to no avail.
Not surprising, given Bob knows this market. He started his real estate career in 1992 in Uptown. Back then, he says he had a tremendous opportunity to work with first-time home buyers. In his rookie year, he sold 25 homes, almost half of which were adjacent to the now trendy Katy Trail.
Bob believes it’s his education in fine arts and communication and formal training in the home textile industry that give him a decided edge when helping homeowners market their homes with an artistic and savvy approach. Over 20 years later, he is overjoyed to still be working with many of these same clients, continuing to assist them in their journey beyond their first condo to single-family homes and rental/investment properties all over the metroplex. They are also diligent in referring him to friends, family, and business associates for housing searches.
Today, Bob is a member of Pacesetters – an exclusive top producer’s group of 35 members working in a large geographic set of neighborhoods from North Oak Cliff to Dallas’ far north suburbs. They trade counsel on pricing, marketing ideas and hip-pocket listings for their buyers.
“Roger Staubach once told me that ‘there’s not a lot of traffic on going the extra mile,’ and I pride myself on traveling that extra mile every single day in my Real Estate practice.”
