Cindy Farmer, a Lake Highlands High School and Baylor University graduate, has called the Park Cities home for almost thirty years, raising her family here. She counts herself blessed to have enjoyed its small-town feel, sense of community, excellent services, and ideal location for so long. And as a realtor, it’s this same personal experience that motivates her to help match others with Dallas-area neighborhoods and houses so they, too, can find home.
Before getting into real estate, Cindy gave many years to the HPISD and Mesquite schools as a teacher. She has also worked in Children’s Ministry at Park Cities Baptist Church and is currently involved both at HPHS, where her youngest attends, and in the community at National Charity League and Brother Bill’s Helping Hands. These opportunities have helped her develop character qualities that are put to work for her clients. Those who know her describe her as friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile and persistent.
Cindy’s tremendous love of education and serving others is also what bonded her with her team partner, Barbara Daniel. Together, the Daniel-Farmer team brings attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to their commitment to serve their clients. Using the skills they honed as teachers, they are comfortable educating buyers and sellers about the real estate process, nurturing the relationships created during a real estate transaction, and devoting the time needed to accomplish each client’s goal with patience, integrity and dedication.
When Cindy’s not serving others, she loves to travel, spend time with her family and root for her beloved Bears – Sic ‘em! Having two in school at Baylor gives her the reason she needs to do so.
