Lianne LeBlanc started her real estate career in 2003 with Ellen Terry Realtors (which ultimately became Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate). So the transplanted Canadian has a long history within the Ebby Halliday family, which itself is one of the most storied brands in Dallas. The appeal for her seems quite natural when you find out Lianne was a history and anthropology major. She has an inherent appreciation for and interest in anyone who has played an important role in shaping the future, as the aforementioned local real estate legends have.
Lianne is a resident of Richardson and enjoys showing off her hood to interested buyers. She cites its strong city services, highly accredited schools and diverse neighborhoods as three reasons to consider moving north of I-635/LBJ Freeway. Clients and other agents say Lianne excels at remaining calm under pressure and for being solution oriented.
When she’s not busy adding to her list of professional designations and reading up on industry news, Lianne enjoys volunteering at different Dallas museums, doing yoga, taking road trips, camping and traveling to places where she can use her PADI scuba certification or sail. She lives with her partner, William, dog, Georgia, and cat, Feathers.
