Serving others is second nature to Mynetta Ragsdale. The 28-year real estate and mortgage industry professional first moved to Dallas in 1991 and immediately went to work for an internationally known real estate pension fund advisor. In 1996, when the firm opened their real estate securities division, she became the Client Services Account Manager and hasn’t stopped helping clients since. Mynetta also has experience as a loan processor so she knows the ins and outs of getting a sale through to closing in a stress-free manner.
Not only is Mynetta now a licensed agent with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, she also focuses much energy on assisting her fellow agents as a Listing and Transaction Coordinator. Mynetta’s experience with servicing clients and account management stands out with her attention to detail in a way that puts clients and agents at ease.
Prior to moving to Dallas, Mynetta lived in Tennessee where she attended the University of Tennessee. In 2019, Mynetta’s husband retired and they moved to their ranch in Cranfills Gap, Texas. Mynetta works remotely for her agents and travels to Dallas on a regular basis.
When she’s not working in the real estate market, Mynetta enjoys spending time at her hill country ranch with her family, especially her grandchildren. She’s an avid huntress and enjoys almost anything outside, as well as cooking and reading.
