Barbara Daniel, a graduate of Highland Park High School and the University of North Texas, has lived most of her life in the Park Cities and loves her hometown of Dallas. Cindy Farmer, a graduate of Lake Highlands High School and Baylor University, has also called the Park Cities home for 30+ years, raising her family here as well. This community connection along with a mutual love of education – both spent many years in the classroom teaching – helped forge a bond between the two in their early real estate years. Barbara and Cindy each discovered that the traits required to make a good teacher are the same traits that make a good real estate agent.
An inevitable partnership was formed, and now the Daniel-Farmer Group brings attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to their clients. They are comfortable educating buyers and sellers about the real estate process, devoting the time needed to accomplish each client’s goal with patience, integrity and dedication, and nurturing the relationships created during a real estate transaction. For Barbara and Cindy, the best part of real estate is not when the deal is closed – it’s when clients become friends!
When Barbara is not busy serving clients, she’s still serving -- as a deacon at Highland Park Presbyterian Church or with non-profit organizations like Safer Dallas Better Dallas, Junior Charity League, the Highland Park Education Foundation, Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club, and La Fiesta de Las Seis Banderas. Cindy gives freely of her time, too – with the preschool ministry at Park Cities Baptist Church, women's council for Brother Bills Helping Hand and Feed My Starving Children committee.
