When a client tells you they were able to sleep peacefully at night – though the details of their transaction turned out to be the stuff of bad dreams – you know you’re doing something right.
Courtney Petruska has had to handle numerous challenging circumstances in her nearly 15-year real estate career. As she sees it, “bearing the brunt” of any complications to protect those she has been entrusted to guide, is just part of the job. Rare is the agent who makes you feel so taken care of you can’t imagine doing future transactions without her.
Courtney is rare for that reason and many more. She grew up here and has friends in many different neighborhoods. She loves her hometown so much she only left for a minute to try college elsewhere. She has worked as far north as Parker and as far south as Oak Cliff (her specialties are Preston Hollow, Park Cities and Uptown). She has an advertising degree from SMU, which bodes well for marketing properties. And she considers it a privilege to help people during such an intimate process.
When she’s not busy fighting for your best interests, Courtney enjoys spending time with her four fur babies (Dixie, Isabel, Charlee and Rose), sharing meals, wine and stories with family and friends, volunteering at her church, Preston Hollow Presbyterian, and advocating for animals.
