As a licensed Interior Designer, full-time agent Lisa Youngblood can provide you with a unique full-service real estate experience. Designing, remodeling, renovating, staging, and specifying finishes and fixtures such as paint, flooring and lighting – her expertise in all these disciplines works to your advantage when making improvements, big and small, to a home you’re either buying or selling.
It’s been through those years of helping clients in Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Devonshire, Lake Highlands, and Lakewood, that the 30-year real estate agent and resident of Dallas acquired her excellent listening and organizational skills, communication abilities and attention to detail. In a previous life, Lisa also held the position of Senior Architectural Designer at Zale Corporation for 10+ years, before “retiring” to have a family.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Interior Design with a Minor in Real Estate and Business from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Her husband is in commercial real estate, and their two daughters, born and raised in Dallas, attend (Ursuline Academy and Bishop Lynch) high school.
Volunteering is a passion and Lisa has given freely of her time to co-chair auction committees, school events and fundraisers for St. Thomas Aquinas, Bishop Lynch, and Ursuline Academy. She also serves with CitySquare/Citywalk, Habitat for Humanity and Preservation Dallas.
Lisa grew up spending her summers on South Padre Island and is also familiar with that market. She enjoys sailing, reading, and playing soccer, volleyball, and baseball on the beach with her family.
