With Peggy Hill as your real estate agent, have no fear - she will do what it takes to get the job done. You need only look to her own life as an example. When she was starting out as an agent, she quit her job at the American Heart Association, took out a $5,000 loan on her home and took a paper route for six months to get her new career going.
Peggy’s determination eventually earned her the distinction of being a Lois Hair Bernays Award recipient. The coveted award, sponsored by the MetroTex Association of Realtors, is presented annually to a residential REALTOR who exemplifies the highest qualities of the real estate profession.
As an East Dallas native, Peggy has always lived within five minutes of White Rock Lake. She lived in Casa Linda growing up and raised her family in Lake Highlands, and adores the “best of both worlds” feel of small-town neighborhoods in a big city. She still live there and supports her community in a variety of ways:
Member - Lake Highlands Women’s League
Member - Lake Highlands Chamber
Founder and past president - Royal Highlands HOA
Past member - Dallas City Board of Adjustment
Past member - Planning & Zoning Committee
Volunteer - Dwell with Dignity
Member - Wilshire Baptist Church
Peggy and her husband, Ray, have five children and eight grandchildren, and she thinks being “Honey” is the best job she has ever had.
