Ronda Needham is committed to service. Period. Whether it's taking care of generations of clients and protecting their best interests or serving her fellow agents by contributing to the industry's forward progress, Ronda gives it her all - all the time.
Following a season spent in commercial real estate, Ronda has specialized in representing prestigious residential properties in the most desirable areas of Dallas for more than 30 years. Her professional philosophy deviates slightly from most agents - she is judicious about the listings she accepts and greatly enjoys working with buyers. By taking a more controlled approach, Ronda is able to manage her time to your benefit. She is not interested in promoting her production either, which her more private clients certainly appreciate.
Being a real estate trailblazer comes naturally to the Fort Worth native. Ronda was elected as the first woman president/chair for both the Bill Cooper Salesman Fund (a non-profit that disburses emergency funds to salespeople in need) and the Government Affairs Committee at the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors. She has been a prior recipient of the distinguished Lois Hair-Bernays Award, given to a Realtor who exemplifies outstanding involvement in professional, civic and community activities. And Ronda has been recognized by the Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors for her dedication to her industry, receiving many awards including the Distinguished Service Award.
