Soozie Bül knows people. All over town, in fact – through MetroTex, Chi Omega Alumnae group, Big D Charity Horse Show, Preston Hollow Women’s Club, Hillcrest High School PTSA and more. This connectivity has enriched her real estate service, proving advantageous to buyers and sellers alike. Coupled with her obvious passion for helping others and her community, you can’t go wrong with this creative, energetic, open-minded and big-hearted agent by your side.
Soozie launched her career at Henry S. Miller in the late ‘80s by earning the title of Rookie of the Year, so that should tell you something about her drive and initiative. She has deep roots in real estate as does her husband, Stewart, and as did her late father-in-law, Alex, though they were each involved in different aspects of it. Her sweet spots are North Dallas (north and south of LBJ), Oak Cliff, Plano, Lakewood… really anywhere her clients need her to be.
Over the years, she has amassed extensive marketing, sales and public relations experience along with expertise in crafting competitive strategies for sellers. Soozie looks forward to utilizing the tech tools and educational opportunities Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate provides to continue staying at her peak performance level.
The Muncie, Indiana, native is a graduate of William Woods University where she earned a B.S. degree in Business and minored in Equestrian Science. Soozie has also earned the Seller Representative Specialist Designation. She and Stewart have two grown daughters.
