Suzanne Wasem has been a “city girl” all her life. She was born in Toronto, educated in Chicago and now lives in Dallas. Since she became an American citizen in 1976, she has garnered much practical real estate experience that she’d love to put to work for you. She and her husband of 42 years have bought and sold five homes here, and lived in many of Dallas’ diverse neighborhoods, including Munger Place, Bryan Place, Preston Hollow, the Park Cities (where for 15 years she raised her family) and Uptown (her current high-rise home).
“City girl” descriptor aside, Suzanne can still appreciate the small-town feel offered by many area communities she’s called home – the parks, schools, churches, groceries and retail all help facilitate connections that are otherwise hard to create. She loves helping clients find a place where they can make their own connections, and they love her eye for detail and organization.
Prior to real estate, Suzanne honed her financial and customer service skills working in the banking and retail industries.
She enjoys hopping on the Katy Trail right outside her home, reading, playing cards and being involved with her church, Highland Park Presbyterian Church, and AWARE (Alzheimers).
