Trevor Smith found his calling at 16 years old. Now, as a proud alumnus of Texas A&M University, he is doing exactly that. While his peers were filling out college applications, Trevor had already recognized that he possessed the skills, passion, and energy for a career in residential real estate. This early awareness led him to major in marketing at Mays Business School and, eager to return to the world of Dallas real estate, motivated him to earn his degree in 3 years.
Trevor’s solid real estate foundation and local expertise is a result of working and studying under high-end, top-producing agents throughout his teenage years and early 20s. This exposure left him equipped with a refined skill set that results in a satisfying and rewarding transaction for you. Put together with Trevor’s unique blend of marketing knowledge, modern approach and superior service, they give rise to a personal real estate advocate who explores every method of accomplishing his client’s goals.
Being a longtime Texan with Louisiana roots explains Trevor’s medley of southern hospitality and Texas-sized tenacity, with his only conflict of interest transpiring in November when A&M and LSU meet on the football field. Trevor continues the legacy his Grandmother instilled in him—the endless pursuit of knowledge. He is an avid listener of real estate and marketing podcasts and a devoted non-fiction fan. Locally Trevor is a member of the Dallas CASA, an organization that advocates for child victims of abuse to grow up in safe and loving homes.
