Meet Our Clientele

At Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, we pride ourselves on providing our clients a luxury experience — regardless of the price point — before, during and after they buy or sell their homes.

Since 2007, our clients have trusted the brand to represent some of the most prestigious home sales in Dallas’ most-established neighborhoods. This feat is accomplished by keeping our clients’ best interests top-of-mind.

As a show of gratitude, in our Spring/Summer 2018 Fine Home Collection, we featured three of our clients explaining why they chose Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate.

Deborah and David Michel

Deborah and David Michel were ready to transition from their traditional Preston Hollow property to a modern empty-nester home as their children moved on to college.

Dave Perry-Miller and Ryan Streiff, of the Perry-Miller Streiff Group, were able to find a state-of-the-art property near White Rock Lake to fit the Michels’ creative spirits. Perry-Miller and Streiff were able to close a deal on their Preston Hollow home in one month and within 5 percent of the couple’s asking price.

“Since this first experience, Ryan has bought and sold multiple other homes and properties for our family and friends,” the Michels said.

Sandy and Avi Zisman

Sandy Zisman and her husband, Avi, tried living in a traditional, single-family house but were drawn to the sense of community at the Residences at The Ritz-Carlton. The couple first met there, and Avi was the first person to move into the Residences.

Sharon Quist, the leading Realtor of sales at The Residences, helped secure the Zismans’ move back to the luxury high-rises. Since their first transaction, Quist has partnered with the Zismans for 16 transactions in 11 years.

“Every transaction has had some unusual circumstance, and Sharon always offered good advice that was invaluable,” Zisman said. “Her immense grasp of the high-end market gave us confidence in our decisions.”

Beth and David Dike

Beth and David Dike consulted with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate agent Karen Fry through life’s many phases.

The Dikes, avid art collectors and owners of David Dike Fine Art in Uptown, previously worked with Fry when they purchased their first home in Dallas in 1988. Years laters, Fry was there to help them transition as empty-nesters when their youngest daughter left for college.

“We have only ever worked with Karen since we’ve lived here, and we’ll continue partnering with her because of our longstanding friendship, working relationship and the positive experiences we have shared over the last 30 years,” the Dikes said.
