Quist reigns Ritz-Carlton with Record Sale


In real estate circles, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate agent Sharon Quist is known as “Queen of the Ritz.” With excellent reason. As of last week, Sharon has further cemented her legendary status. A recent company announcement lauded her sale of the Ritz-Carlton Penthouse. She and Kathy H. It sold for the highest price per square foot of any condo or high rise ever sold in Dallas MLS.

Sharon has been #1 in MLS sales volume for condos and high rises in all of Dallas and in Area 17 (includes Downtown, Uptown and Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek) for three years running now: 2014, 2015 and 2016 YTD. From January of this year to the end of September, she has sold almost $24 million, accounting for 3% of total market share by herself. Her contributions have also boosted Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate’s market share by volume in Area 17 to almost 21% — that’s double the share of either of the firm’s closest competitors.
