As of last week, Sharon has further cemented her legendary status. A recent company announcement lauded her sale of the Ritz-Carlton Penthouse. She and Kathy H. Sharon has been #1 in MLS sales volume for condos and high rises in all of Dallas and in Area 17 (includes Downtown, Uptown and Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek) for three years running now: 2014, 2015 and 2016 YTD.
