Troy Aikman’s House in Highland Park Sold to Ashley & Malcolm Ross’ Clients

A recent sale in Highland Park is making headlines because the seller was none other than Troy Aikman. But the deal for the five-bedroom home on Normandy Avenue could not have been completed without Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate agents Ashley McRae Ross and Malcolm Ross, who represented the buyers.

Malcolm said there were several aspects of the 10,728-square-foot house, which was named one of the 10 Most Beautiful Homes in Dallas by D Magazine, that were attractive to their clients, including the architecture, the custom finishes, and — of course — location, location, location.

“They like to entertain,” Malcolm said, “and the house has a great flow, with a large gourmet kitchen that opens to the family room, wet bar, and walk-in wine cellar, plus the outdoor entertainment area overlooking the pool.”

Another factor in the Rosses’ clients’ decisions was the scale of the room sizes, as illustrated in these pictures of the master suite and adjoining sitting room.
