Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate’s Dana Rigg is marketing an exceptional condominium that occupies 3,671 square feet on the 17th floor of 3525 Turtle Creek Boulevard. The home is being offered for $879,000.

3525 Turtle Creek is a 22-story building that was billed as the “tallest, largest, and most luxurious apartment building ever erected west of the Mississippi” when it opened in the late 1950s. A beautiful example of Mid-Century Modern architecture, the building designed by Howard R. Meyer offers panoramic views of Downtown Dallas, Turtle Creek, and the Katy Trail.

The condo’s central living area is a grand salon enhanced by museum-finish walls and floors that alternate between marble and stained walnut. There are two generously sized bedroom suites, and the luxurious marble spa bath in one of them offers one-of-a-kind sunset views.

As always, the delicious lemonade was supplied by Top Shelf Beverage. But we put a new spin on the event this year by also giving away 500 flying discs branded with our logo. (Be sure to catch one as they fly through your neighborhood.)  Meanwhile, at the other end of Goar Park, The Rhodes Group conducted dozens of watermelon-eating contests.

Enjoy Wide, Open Spaces at These Beautiful Ranch Properties

The Dallas-Fort Worth area demonstrates a dichotomy between luxury homes and down-to-earth living. Perhaps no other home genre complements this complexity better than the luxury ranch. From Royse City to Saint Jo, Dave Perry-Miller & Associates presents some of the most beautifully pragmatic working ranches in the state.

Mamma Mia! Check Out This Gorgeous Ranch in Italy

This has to be the nicest movie theater in Italy, right?
This has to be the nicest movie theater in Italy, right?

I don’t know much about Italy, Texas. I mean, I’ve eaten at the Dairy Queen right off the interstate, and I’ve been somewhat intrigued by the nearby dome structures, but not enough for a lengthy pause during road trips to Austin and back. That’s why I was so surprised to see the gorgeous photos of this Italy ranch listed by Dana Rigg and Bonnie Pautler. I could go on and on about what an astounding property this is, but our friends at Second Shelters did the heavy lifting when they named this their Ranch of the Week.
