The recently completed third quarter was the best for Dallas-Fort Worth homebuilders since 2008, according to a report on DallasNews.com. Citing statistics provided by Residential Strategies Inc., real estate editor Steve Brown reports that new-home sales were up 17 percent when compared to the third quarter of 2013. But only 3,169 finished, vacant houses were available in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at the end of September, representing a supply of less than two months. Our company has two of them that deserve a look: 2813 Dyer Street and 3518 Haynie Avenue, both of which are in University Park.
