These Homes May Distract You During The Park Cities Fourth of July Parade

The Park Cities Fourth of July Parade is one of Dallas’ greatest Independence Day traditions. Residents of the Park Cities and surrounding neighborhoods will come together on Saturday morning to watch people representing various businesses, schools, and community groups march from Town Hall in Highland Park to City Hall in University Park. As they traverse that 2-mile route, they will pass many homes marketed by Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate agents.

The parade will wind its way to Preston Road via Lakeside and Beverly drives. Not far from where it will pass between Highland Park Village and Dallas Country Club sits 4327 Potomac Avenue. This four-bedroom home with many updates is complemented by an apartment above the detached garage. Charles Carneal is offering the property at $1,299,000.
